The LH-TC material removal head with constant floating force is an efficient and flexible automatic deburring tool. Equipped with a high-power electric motor, it quickly and automatically removes burrs, casting burrs, joining burrs, and edges from various materials.
It can be applied in multiple processes, being suitable for components made of cast iron, steel, aluminum alloys, plastics, among others.
During operation, the floating mechanism allows the tool to adapt to the irregularities of the workpiece, performing self-adaptive processing that prevents damage to both the tool and the workpiece, as well as eliminating errors in the shape and positioning of the workpiece.
